4. Requirements:

• 5 or more years of experience in business systems analysis, preferably in healthcare

• Proficiency with ad-hoc query tools and data manipulation techniques

• Experience in process documentation and re-engineering

• Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Commitment to enhancing consumer experiences

• Experience with AthenaOne EMR software

• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
