What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of ERP and related enterprise systems
• Manage end-to-end project delivery including scope, timelines, stakeholder communication, and execution
• Drive large-scale ERP initiatives from concept through deployment and post-implementation support
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into system solutions
• Analyze business processes, especially during acquisitions, and support system standardization efforts
• Build and maintain reporting, analytics, and decision-support tools to enhance operational visibility
• Oversee reporting lifecycle management and enable self-service analytics capabilities
• Document workflows, business requirements, and technical specifications for development teams
• Develop and execute test plans, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure quality delivery
• Maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials
• Provide training and ongoing support to internal users and technical teams
• Collaborate with IT teams across multiple locations as needed
