Within the CTDO Project Management department, the Senior Business Systems Analyst serves as a governance subject matter expert focused on portfolio governance, financial management, data quality, and process improvement initiatives that support organizational decision-making and accountability.
The Senior Business Systems Analyst plays a critical role in supporting enterprise governance frameworks, portfolio financial oversight, and governance committee operations. The Senior Business Systems Analyst collaborates with leadership, stakeholders, and governance groups to improve portfolio visibility, strengthen data integrity, and advance operational excellence across UT MD Anderson.
The
ideal candidate
is a highly analytical and process-oriented professional with experience supporting governance frameworks, portfolio financial management, data quality oversight, business analysis, and process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate demonstrates strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, and is comfortable working with executive leadership while translating complex portfolio data into actionable insights.
Minimum $106,500 annually - Midpoint $133,000 annually - Maximum $159,500 annually
Work Location: Remote within Texas; local candidates preferred.
