Senior Business Operations Specialist needed by o9 Solutions, Inc. in Dallas, TX to Perform solution delivery, analysis, and interpretation of data to optimize client supply chains through process design, data analytics, solution configuration, and deployment. Set performance metrics, new policies and testing practices. Collect and analyze data to provide decision support information and document to-be processes. Work with onshore and offshore teams to configure solutions and create test-cases to ensure the solutions works per their designs. Participate in process and business requirements sessions with clients and document tobe business process leveraging industry best practices. Work with clients to identify and collect data, such as historical sales, shipment, inventory, logistics, and other operations/supply chain data from sources like databases, Excel sheets and emails. Convert business logic to technical platform design, including knowledge of platform infrastructure. Collaborate with architects and directors to develop clear functional and technical designs document data requirements and build complex datasets. Configure a technical specification document and tool configuration in the o9 platform, as per the design, to solve deep operations/supply chain problems and institute rigorous performance monitoring systems.
