About the Role

In this role, you will analyze complex business challenges by leveraging large datasets from multiple sources. You will design intuitive dashboards, uncover trends, and deliver insights that guide business strategy. You’ll work closely with leadership teams, acting as a trusted advisor and driving cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate complex business requirements into analytical solutions
• Design and develop high-impact dashboards, primarily using Tableau
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Create compelling data stories to support executive decision-making
• Partner with IT and data teams to enhance analytics infrastructure and governance
• Apply best practices in data visualization, usability, and user experience
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and influence business outcomes
• Lead or support Agile practices and cross-functional collaboration
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and risk management standards are maintained

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
• Advanced expertise in Tableau (dashboard design, development, and support)
• Strong SQL and experience with BI/data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Hadoop, NoSQL)
