What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and facilitate the migration of financial, billing, and tax data from a legacy Cobalt mainframe to a modern SaaS platform
• Analyze current processes to identify gaps and propose optimized solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements
• Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project
• Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure data integrity and system accuracy

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in local government projects with knowledge of public sector regulations
• Proven experience in leading large-scale data migrations, particularly in financial, billing, and tax systems
• Familiarity with Cobalt mainframe systems and their data structures
• Experience with SaaS solutions implementation or integration focused on financial systems
• Strong analytical skills for requirements elicitation and documentation
