As our Senior Brand & Narrative Marketing Manager , you will serve as the chief storyteller and guardian of our brand voice. In this role, you will define and refine our overarching brand narrative, build and manage our customer story pipeline, and lead critical brand architecture and naming initiatives in close partnership with Creative, Product, and Product Marketing.

As a senior individual contributor, you will drive both strategy and execution - translating complex product capabilities into compelling, human-centered customer stories, case studies, and scalable messaging frameworks that elevate our brand across every touchpoint.

• **Strategic Platform and Core Narrative** Own and continuously evolve our core company narrative (purpose and beliefs), positioning, and messaging frameworks to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and go-to-market teams.
• **Values & Mission** : Stay aligned with HR on company mission, values and positioning statement to ensure a coherent overall brand platform.
• **Enablement:** Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, HR, and Content to ensure internal teams understand and actively leverage our brand narrative in customer-facing interactions.
• **Thought Leadership:** Shape messaging for key company announcements, executive keynotes, and major brand campaigns to amplify overall market presence.
