2. About the Opportunity
: The
Senior Associate, Recruiting & People Operations
plays a crucial role in scaling the team and enhancing the overall employee experience. This cross-functional position manages full-cycle recruiting while collaborating on HR systems, onboarding, employee engagement, and operational improvements within the People function. The role reports to the Senior Director of People & Recruiting and supports the organization’s growth by attracting talent and streamlining people operations.

3. Responsibilities
:

  • Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, partnering with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and attract top talent
  • Coordinate recruitment processes including defining role requirements, creating job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews
  • Manage onboarding and off-boarding activities, including HRIS setup, background checks, work authorization verification, and organizing training
  • Support HRIS and benefits administration, assist employees with benefits enrollment, and liaise with external benefits partners
  • Use employee feedback and data to drive engagement initiatives and continuous improvement
  • Identify, document, and implement operational improvements in recruiting and HR processes
