Woods Bagot is part of the 7C Network. It combines capabilities from its constituent brands - including Woods Bagot, ERA-co, Impact Futures, and Customs Bureau - to offer services in placemaking, sustainability, architecture and interior design, and luxury concepts.

7C operates in North America through three corporate entities, one including the operations of its New York studio and one including operations of its San Francisco and Los Angeles studios. The third entity operates the US-based ERA-Co activities.

The role of the Senior Accountant is to manage activities relating to the region’s financial & month-end accounting, compliance (tax, registrations, filings etc.) across both companies, cash flow & banking, administration, and to provide business and management support to the studio and ERA leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Month End Accounting, Journals & Reconciliations

• Post monthly depreciation, prepayment, payroll and lease journals.
• Post and release accrued expenditures and manage reconciliation of accrual balance.
• Review doubtful debts provision with the studio accountants at month end close.
• Oversee the North American regional management cost centre profit and loss, including allocation of regional costs to studios on a monthly basis.
