The role is onsite daily in West LA.

Key Responsibilities

- Close Process & Reporting:
Take an active role in driving the month-end close process, ensuring financial reporting is accurate, timely, and continuously improving.
- Reconciliations & Account Oversight:
Own reconciliations across key accounts with a high standard for accuracy, completeness, and supporting documentation.
- Financial Statement Preparation:
Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and supporting schedules, maintaining the integrity of financial data from start to finish.
- Analysis & Business Support:
Partner with cross-functional teams to track spend, surface trends, and deliver insights that inform business decisions.
- Expense & Procurement Management:
Oversee purchasing and payment workflows, ensuring strong controls, accurate records, and timely processing.
- Audit & Compliance:
Support audit preparation and internal control initiatives, ensuring the organization remains compliant with financial and regulatory standards.
- Process Improvement:
Proactively identify and implement improvements to reporting, systems, and workflows that drive greater efficiency and scalability.

What We're Looking For

- Experience:
4+ years of accounting experience, ideally within public accounting or a similarly complex environment. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
