Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager to join our accounting team. This role is responsible for leading the full month-end close process, maintaining the integrity of the general ledger, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP. The ideal candidate is an active CPA with strong technical accounting skills, a process-improvement mindset, and the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•        Lead and execute the full month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process, including the preparation and review of journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.

•        Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.

•        Maintain and analyze the general ledger, ensuring data integrity, proper account classification, and overall accuracy.

•        Manage fixed asset schedules, prepaid expenses, intercompany transactions, and balance sheet reconciliations.

•        Coordinate with external auditors, providing documentation and support during annual audits and reviews.

•        Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the close cycle and strengthen internal controls.
