What You’ll Do

- You’ll play a central role as a
Salesforce Data 360 Technical Product Manager
, driving the day-to-day execution of a Data Cloud implementation while partnering closely with client stakeholders and internal technical team members.
- Lead discovery efforts to understand business needs, data sources, and operational requirements within a healthcare-focused environment
- Translate business and data requirements into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories
- Drive the setup and evolution of
DataOps processes
, including data ingestion, transformation, validation, and monitoring
- Act as the technical and functional bridge between business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, and engineers
- Guide the design and implementation of Salesforce Data 360 (Salesforce Data Cloud) solutions, including data models and integration patterns
- Support the configuration of Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), and identity resolution strategies
- Coordinate and prioritize day-to-day activities for a small technical delivery team working alongside the client
- Ensure data flows, transformations, and integrations align with best practices for scalability, performance, and governance
- Partner with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects to ensure cohesive multi-cloud solutions
- Monitor delivery progress, manage dependencies, and proactively identify risks or blockers
- Contribute to documentation, including functional requirements, process flows, and high-level solution designs
