What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Review and assess existing data sources and systems to identify threats to data validity and reliability
• Collaborate with various divisions and stakeholders to develop actionable recommendations
• Conduct training materials reviews, stakeholder interviews, and shadow data source users
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to evaluate system problems and propose solutions
• Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum educational requirement: Master's degree in business administration with a concentration in information technology, or Bachelor's degree in computer and information technology or related field
• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
• Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of data warehousing
• Experience conducting data source/system reviews and analyzing data validity and reliability
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills
