What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Support the design, implementation, and business adoption of customer data unification and personalized digital experiences
• Gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Define and document business rules for identity resolution and data unification
• Partner with technical teams to validate data ingestion from various systems
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and create training materials for business adoption

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Experience as a Customer Data Platform & Personalization Functional Consultant
• Ability to work with Salesforce Data Cloud or other customer data platforms
• Strong understanding of CDP concepts including customer profile unification and identity strategy
• Proven experience in leading functional design for customer journeys and personalization treatments
• Excellent documentation and communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification
• Salesforce Personalization Accredited Professional certification
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification
• Experience with audience activation and journey orchestration in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
