Salesforce Business Analyst

About this role

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce-focused Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will ensure Salesforce capabilities are fully leveraged to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and an enhanced customer experience.

Work Authorization: Must be US Citizenship

Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain Federal Clearance

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a **client-facing functional lead**, partnering with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into Salesforce solutions
• Lead and mentor other Business Analysts, ensuring best practices in requirements gathering and delivery
• Conduct **discovery sessions** and facilitate structured requirements gathering workshops
• Translate business requirements into **well-defined user stories**, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure accurate and scalable Salesforce implementations
• Support **testing efforts**, including writing test scripts and validating end-to-end solutions
• Participate actively in **Agile/Scrum ceremonies** and delivery processes

Required Experience & Skills

• **5+ years of Salesforce delivery experience** in Agile environments
• **5+ years as a client-facing functional lead**, managing and guiding other BAs
• Experience in Salesforce Core Platform
• **Some Salesforce configuration or admin abilities are a huge plus**
• **Familiar with APIs and integrations and data migrations**
• **Discovery experience and structured requirements gathering**
• **User story creation from requirements with disciplined structure**
• **Writing test scripts a huge plus**
• **Proven experience creating disciplined, well-structured user stories from requirements**

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Salesforce **Health Cloud Knowledge and experience**
