What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the consolidation of multiple Salesforce instances into a single global platform, including data cleaning and architecture evaluation
• Own the end-to-end Salesforce product lifecycle, including design, configuration, and continuous improvement
• Gather and translate complex business requirements into clear specifications and user stories
• Drive collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT to optimize commercial processes
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and ERP systems to ensure seamless data flow

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce, CRM transformation, or commercial systems roles
• Proficiency in Salesforce with hands-on experience in solution design and reporting
• Availability to travel up to ~40% during implementation phases, primarily in Colorado locations
• Strong understanding of data management and system interoperability
