What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Act as the divisional liaison and subject matter expert during the transition to the Salesforce platform
• Analyze and enhance user experience, implementing real-time improvements
• Collaborate with program areas, marketing and engagement teams, and the Information Systems Division
• Provide training and support to users on best practices for utilizing Salesforce features
• Ensure Salesforce applications align with departmental branding and best practices

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or related field
• Strong understanding of Salesforce applications and eCommerce platforms
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to enhance user experience
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
