Capstone Insurance Group is a fast-growing, independent insurance agency based in Minnesota specializing in personal and commercial insurance solutions. We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Producer who thrives in a performance-based environment and is passionate about helping individuals and families properly protect what matters most.

This is a sales-focused role designed for individuals who are comfortable working in a commission-based environment, building referral partnerships, making outbound calls, and developing long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate understands that success in sales requires consistency, discipline, resilience, and a willingness to learn through coaching and feedback.

Our producers work closely with realtors, loan officers, referral partners, networking groups (such as BNI and local chambers), and existing clients to generate new opportunities and grow their personal book of business. This role requires a high level of personal accountability, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a pipeline effectively in both hard and soft insurance markets.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $1,100,000.00 per year

## Requirements

Active Minnesota Property & Casualty Insurance License or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe

Prior experience in a commission-based or quota-driven sales role

Proven track record of successful sales performance in previous positions

Ability to provide specific examples of past sales achievements (metrics, rankings, awards, etc.)

Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills

Coachable attitude with a willingness to accept feedback and implement new strategies
