About The Role
Seeking a highly driven, field-oriented
Sales Executive
to expand and manage business with major U.S. retail partners across Big Box, Clubs, Mass, and Department Store channels. This individual will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing existing relationships, and delivering sustainable sales growth across our portfolio of licensed brands.


You will play a critical role in expanding our U.S. market presence and opening new retail doors. This position demands a proactive “hunter” mentality and a passion for field sales—someone who thrives on building relationships, meeting clients, and winning business.


The position reports directly to the
GM/Chief Commercial Officer
, based in Denmark, and will be supported by dedicated Sales Operations/Admin resources.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and grow business with key U.S. retailers across:
  • Primary: Clubs & Big Box (Costco, Sam’s Club), Mass Retail (Target, Walmart)
  • Secondary: Department Stores (Nordstrom, Macy’s, Dillard’s)
  • Identify, prospect, and open new retail accounts; expand into new distribution channels.
  • Build strong buyer relationships to secure programs, seasonal placements, and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market visits, line presentations, and in-person buyer meetings as needed.
  • Strategically manage sales pipelines and forecasting across multiple categories.
  • Partner with Sales Operations/Admin teams to ensure smooth order flow, account management, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and logistics to support customer needs.
  • Represent the brand portfolio at trade shows, customer meetings, and relevant industry events.
  • Provide insights on market trends, competition, and opportunities for growth.
