### Context

Collective.work is building the next-generation AI-powered sourcing platform for recruiters. Our mission is to help talent teams identify, engage, and hire the best candidates faster through intelligent automation and data-driven insights. As we scale, we’re looking for driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to fuel our growth pipeline.

### Missions

  • Identify and prospect potential customers (HR teams, recruiters, talent leaders)
  • Run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Research accounts and personalize outreach to drive engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
  • Track performance metrics and continuously optimize outreach strategies
  • Learn and articulate the value of our AI sourcing platform
