We’re looking for a Technical Sales Representative to be located NSW with a strong workshop or mechanical background to take ownership of a newly created role. You’ll build relationships, support workshops, and drive growth across our trusted network.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll work closely with distributors, workshops, and key partners to influence sales, strengthen brand presence, and grow market share.

This is a hands-on, field-based role — you’ll be out on the road, not behind a desk, connecting with customers, providing technical support, and making a real impact where it counts.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and grow your NSW territory across distributors and workshops
• Drive sales through indirect channels by influencing key partners
• Provide hands-on technical support and product advice
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Identify and convert new business opportunities
• Deliver product training to workshops and distributor teams
• Execute promotions and sales campaigns in your region
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Maintain CRM updates, reporting, and territory planning
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a great customer experience

About You

• Trade-qualified mechanic or strong workshop background
• Passion for automotive and the aftermarket industry
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident influencing and working through others
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
• Current driver’s licence
