About the Role:

Lead and manage the Investment Operations (IO) team to deliver investment operations initiatives and ongoing servicing to support Perpetual Investments’ investment management capabilities.

• Support and implement the strategic, operational and product related requirements of Investment Operations
• Lead the planning and development of the Investment Operations team strategy and contribute to the broader Operations & Business function strategy for Perpetual Wealth.
• Lead, develop and champion a client centric focus within the IO team and in all investment operations activities; enhancing stakeholder management
• Embed a culture of continuous improvement within the IO team and drive improvements in efficiency and performance across IO
• Oversee and govern the IO Transitional Service Arrangement activities and outcomes of the Perpetual group up to TSA exit.

About You:

We’re looking for someone with:

• Minimum 10 years in Wealth Asset management
• Deep experience in the Funds management industry through Investment operations, custodian or product roles
