Role Summary
As the
Manager, Operations, Workplace Facilities,
you will be responsible for leading the onsite team and managing the daily operations across our East Coast Facilities portfolio, which spans dynamic corporate office environments and cutting-edge Lab and R&D spaces. Reporting directly to the Director of Workplace & Commercial Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our workplaces operate seamlessly, sustainably, and safely, providing an inspiring environment that empowers our teams to innovate.


This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who can seamlessly balance day-to-day facilities maintenance with long-term space planning and forecasting. You will act as a key culture carrier and operational champion, fostering strong cross-functional partnerships with IT, Security, EH&S, and Culinary teams, while driving continuous process improvements to elevate Rivian’s workplace experience.
