ABOUT US
Hamilton Exteriors is a GAF Master Elite roofing contractor in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. We install 3-5 roofs every week and we are scaling. Our systems are modern and heavily automated (JobTread job management, instant satellite quotes, automated payments) - you will coordinate people, not push paper.
THE ROLE
You are the production hub for our roofing jobs. From contract signed to final walkthrough, you keep every job moving:
- Schedule subcontractor crews for tear-off and install; line up dumpster deliveries and material drop-offs so every job starts on time
- Negotiate pricing with subcontractors for installs, gutters, repairs, and haul-away; get fair prices and hold crews to their commitments
- Solve problems fast: a crew doesn't show, rain moves in, rotten decking is discovered mid-job, a dumpster is late - you are the first call and you fix it by phone and text
- Communicate with homeowners: keep customers informed on schedule and keep them calm and happy when plans change
- Coordinate inspections and closeout: permits, city inspections, punch lists, GAF warranty registration, final photos
Everything runs through phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and our job management software. You will talk to American homeowners and crews all day - this is a communication-heavy role.
REQUIRED
- Excellent spoken and written English (near-native). You will be on the phone with US homeowners daily. This is non-negotiable and we will test it in the first interview
