Revenue Systems & Operations Manager

About this role

For our client, we are seeking a Revenue Systems & Operations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.


Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available


Compensation: $145,000 – $170,000 annually


Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce as the primary system of record
• Manage the integrations and system of the go-to-market technology stack
• Calculate and report on commission processes alongside Finance
• Oversee deal desk operations and compliance audits
• Close monthly and quarterly revenue operations with accurate reporting
• Adjust and maintain territory and quota assignments as needed
• Automate repetitive manual tasks and improve workflows
• Evaluate and implement AI solutions across revenue operations

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations within a B2B SaaS setting
• Expertise in Salesforce architecture and automation
• Experience with the modern go-to-market tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, Gong)
• Strong history of automating manual processes
• Hands-on experience with AI integration and automation platforms
• Accuracy-focused with numbers and data validation
• Understanding of revenue-related commercial contexts
