Senior Business Analyst

About this role

As a Salesforce Senior Business Analyst, you will be a consultant, advisor, and Salesforce subject matter expert for PARQA’s customers. You’ll lead discovery sessions, gather and document requirements, and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.

This role requires deep familiarity with the Salesforce platform, especially Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and industry-specific apps like Assist, Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud, and other Salesforce-native ATS platforms. Location: United States

What you will do

• Serve as the Functional Lead on Salesforce projects, overseeing functional design and configuration of customer use cases Be a trusted advisor to clients on how Salesforce can improve staffing & recruiting workflows such as candidate sourcing, client management, job order processing, and placement tracking.
• Lead change management efforts and create end user enablement programs that will drive platform adoption Lead client discovery sessions to understand current-state processes, business objectives, and pain points.
• Analyze and document functional and technical requirements for Salesforce solutions tailored to the staffing and recruiting industry.
• Design solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet customer requirements.
