**Job Description

As we continue to grow, were looking for a Growth Marketing Manager focused on the GCC region. This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy, managing multi-channel campaigns, and fostering partnerships to increase our transaction volume in these key markets.


This role sits at the intersection of product, commercial, data, and marketing, with a sharp focus on using data and experimentation to launch clients, accelerate adoption, increase transaction volumes, and improve engagement and retention.


This is not a brand or comms role. You will own growth outcomes for a defined set of clients and corridors, turning quantitative and qualitative insights into action through rigorous analysis, testing, and scale.


Key Responsibilities**

• Own revenue growth for assigned accounts by analyzing funnel performance, user behavior, and transaction data to drive activation, usage, frequency, and expansion
• Lead client launches and post‑launch growth plans using data‑backed hypotheses, including onboarding journeys, use‑case activation, and GTM execution
