What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Support revenue cycle and payer expansion initiatives through structured project management
• Own post-launch performance monitoring and optimization to enhance collection performance
• Diagnose issues and improve workflows while building scalable systems
• Design and scale processes utilizing tools such as Salesforce and payer portals
• Create and deliver clear, concise technical documents for varied audiences

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 5+ years of diverse revenue cycle management experience, including verification of benefits and payment posting
• 3+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting, leading end-to-end transformations
• Proven ability to design and scale processes effectively
• Proficiency in Excel/GSheets, including creating pivot tables and using VLOOKUPS
• Familiarity with writing clear deliverables for technical and non-technical audiences
