Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized
Residential Accountant
to join our team on a project-based engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the general ledger accounting for a portfolio of affordable multifamily apartment communities, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, preparing financial reports, and supporting audit activities.


Key Responsibilities**

• Maintain the general ledger for a portfolio of affordable multifamily apartment communities.
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Reconcile reserve and escrow account balances.
