Russo Development is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the building process of one of our residential multi-family, wood frame projects. The individual selected for this position will work onsite to ensure short and long term project goals are met.


Responsibilities

• Provide overall project leadership and project outcome accountability
• Review all design documents and become proficient in all trade disciplines and requirements in order to execute the project to a high-quality standard on time and in keeping with historical costs.
• Ensure all monthly AIA and associated compliance documentation processes are managed and tracked properly. Work with administrative project management team members to track, shepherd and be the first line approver of all subcontractors monthly AIA invoices and associated compliance documents including but not limited to:
• Monthly Subcontractor AIA’s – Ensuring they are received on time for review and approval and are billing in line with work-in-place
• Prime Subcontractor Partial & Final Lien waivers – Ensuring they are received on time and review values and logic prior to sign-off
