Accountabilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of Premium subscriptions, from acquisition to retention.
• Leverage data to gain insights into subscriber behavior, preferences, and trends.
• Innovate and enhance Premium features to provide exceptional value to subscribers.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional peers to solve the right problems.
• Build strong relationships with Android, Web, Backend, and Infrastructure team members.
• Research and implement high-quality technical solutions to achieve business goals.
• Provide thought leadership on industry best practices in design, testing, security, and deployment.
• Coach team members to enhance collective success.
• Transform complex ideas into elegant technical solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Proven contribution to and publication of iOS applications.
• Mastery of Objective-C and Swift.
• Expertise in iOS app building frameworks (UIKit, Foundation, etc.).
• Extensive experience with unit tests and testable code.
• Experience refactoring architectural patterns.
• Knowledge of multithreaded programming.
• Experience working with relational databases.
• Familiarity with automating the building and publication of iOS apps.
• Pragmatic problem-solving skills.
