Accountabilities
- Own the UX product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer insights.
- Champion user advocacy by leveraging research and analytics to shape product decisions.
- Translate strategy into action with clear epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead cross-functional alignment with teams such as architecture, engineering, and marketing.
- Monitor product performance using metrics to iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain transparency across teams.
- Support delivery activities, including demos and training.
- Provide Agile leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee product releases and ensure documentation is accurate and updated.
- Maintain product and industry expertise to guide teams on best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Design, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- 7+ years of experience in product-related roles, especially in UX.
- Strong understanding of cross-team product development process.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
