In this critical role, you will be responsible for shaping the end-to-end player journey across digital products. Your expertise will guide cross-functional collaboration to deliver user-centered, data-driven experiences. Accountabilities

• Own the UX product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer insights.
• Champion user advocacy by leveraging research and analytics to shape product decisions.
• Translate strategy into action with clear epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with teams such as architecture, engineering, and marketing.
• Monitor product performance using metrics to iterate based on data-driven insights.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain transparency across teams.
• Support delivery activities, including demos and training.
• Provide Agile leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee product releases and ensure documentation is accurate and updated.
• Maintain product and industry expertise to guide teams on best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Design, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• 7+ years of experience in product-related roles, especially in UX.
• Strong understanding of cross-team product development process.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems and clarify product direction from ambiguous requirements.
