In this role, you'll lead the vision and execution of our payroll infrastructure, a critical component for our service. Your work will ensure that employee wage advances are accurately processed and communicated with external payroll systems. As a key player, you'll collaborate with various teams to drive improvements and strategies that enhance employee financial well-being and operational efficiency. Accountabilities
- Own the product roadmap, vision, and strategy for the Payroll Squad, balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategy.
- Lead cross-functional execution in partnership with Engineering, Implementation, Sales, and Operations.
- Drive continuous improvements to our payroll infrastructure.
- Build and improve integrations with external payroll systems.
- Prioritize ruthlessly and communicate clearly—keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Contribute to the growth of our product organization by improving processes and team culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex technical products.
- Strong technical fluency, comfortable working closely with engineers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A strategic thinker with a bias for action, able to prioritize and execute quickly.
