Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting data, analysing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. Your key responsibilities will include:
\* Collecting and interpreting data from various sources, including sales, website analytics, and customer feedback, to identify patterns and trends.
\* Developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and quality.
\* Creating and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, marketing, and product performance.
\* Analysing customer behaviour and purchasing patterns to support marketing campaign optimisation and enhance the user experience on our e-commerce platform.
\* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to provide data-driven recommendations.
