We are offering a competitive hourly rate of $28.00 - $58.00 USD, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

\* Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders across the organisation.
\* Translate complex business needs into clear, well-defined functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development teams.
\* Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and requirements.
\* Analyse and model business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
\* Support the project lifecycle by participating in planning, testing, and deployment activities to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
\* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, requirements specifications, and project reports.
\* Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
