Remote Clinical Research Operations Manager

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the management and oversight of clinical studies from startup through execution and close. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with protocols and regulations while driving operational effectiveness. This role is vital in identifying risks and trends to enhance project deliverables and quality. Your expertise will guide local study teams in navigating complex processes and ensure timely communication between global and local entities.


Accountabilities

• Manage and oversee country level activities throughout the study lifecycle.
• Oversee pCRO and ensure compliance with global study plans.
• Facilitate country-specific input on recruitment milestones.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies in study execution.
• Lead the Local Study Team and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and effective communication within study teams.
• Support country-specific regulatory submissions and strategies.

Requirements

• A scientific or technical degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of operational clinical trial experience.
• Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice.
• Experience in managing country level activities and vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
