Role Overview
The Regional Project Manager is responsible for delivering capital projects and supporting the full facilities lifecycle across a portfolio in the USCa Region (United States and Canada, East Coast), including planning, design, construction, commissioning, and facilities management oversight.
This role ensures all school infrastructure is safe, compliant and aligned with educational and operational needs, while delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
This position plays a critical role in shaping long-term asset strategy, ensuring high-quality environments through strong planning, design, and construction execution, while maintaining operational excellence across all facilities.

Key Responsibilities
Capital Project Management & Construction Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of capital projects, including feasibility, planning, design development, tendering, contractor selection, permitting, construction supervision, handover, and operational readiness.
- Develop and manage a regional pipeline of construction and remodelling projects, ensuring alignment with strategic and educational objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and capex planning, ensuring projects are delivered within approved financial frameworks.
- Coordinate building permits, regulatory approvals, and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, and risks, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to design specifications.
