General Overview
We are looking for a dynamic
Regional Operations Manager to lead our Arizona market
, supporting a portfolio of approximately 10 to 15 dental practices. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, developing people, solving business challenges, and helping doctors and teams turn their goals into measurable results.


As a ROM, you will partner directly with our doctors, Office Managers, and support center teams to strengthen practice performance, develop future leaders, improve the patient experience, and drive sustainable growth.
