- Candidates joining our team will have great impact and help drive Keysight’s success by leading the design and development of cutting-edge new network test platforms - platforms combining high-speed networking with compute and FPGA resources

- Contribute to all phased of hardware development from architecture through to production release
- Lead a diverse team of HW, SW, FPGA, mechanical, and ECAD resources towards release of new products
- Participate in a cross-functional team environment including PM, RTL, Software, compliance, and manufacturing
- Assist in the management and development of OEM relationships
- Support sustaining efforts and implement changes to improve yields
- Drive projects and coordinate schedules, communication, tasks, and mitigate issues as they arise for multiple projects.
Qualifications:
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years relevant experience
- Strong skills and experience in people-management and development
