Duties

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and other AI tools to solve complex research problems.
• Implement unsupervised learning techniques for data mining and pattern recognition across large-scale datasets.
• Build and maintain robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to process big data efficiently from diverse sources including Hadoop, Spark, and SQL databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable database architectures and ensure optimal database performance through effective database design principles.
• Deploy models into production environments utilizing cloud platforms such as AWS, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Conduct model training, validation, and fine-tuning using Python, R, SAS, or Java to enhance accuracy and reliability.
• Engage in natural language processing projects leveraging machine learning frameworks to analyze unstructured text data.
• Develop and automate analytics dashboards using tools like Looker to visualize insights for stakeholders.
• Explore quantum engineering concepts where applicable to advance research capabilities in emerging fields of AI.
