THE ROLE
Insomniac is looking for a Merchandise Accountant to support operations including month-end close, reporting and analysis, and day-to-day activity. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong accounting background, strong communication skills and be very well organized. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Event Accounting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end close process for festival and e-commerce merchandise
- Prepare journal entries for merchandise inventory, COGS, and accruals
- Reconcile inventory, received not invoiced account, and artist royalty payments
