Lilium LLC is a growing woman-owned environmental consulting firm specializing in federal environmental services, remediation, compliance, and program management. While headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina, we are actively expanding our presence throughout New England and are seeking a talented Operations & Program Manager to help support that growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple environmental projects.
• Coordinate with federal clients, subcontractors, and internal staff.
• Help develop and improve company systems and processes.
• Assist with proposals, contract administration, and compliance.
• Track budgets, schedules, deliverables, and project performance.
• Support business development efforts throughout New England.
• Travel occasionally (approximately 10–20%) for client meetings, conferences, and project kickoffs.

What We're Looking For

Required

• 5+ years of operations, program, or project management experience.
• Exceptional organization and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred

• Experience with federal government contracts.
• Environmental consulting, engineering, construction, or regulatory background.
• Familiarity with EPA, USACE, NAVFAC, DoD, or other federal agencies.
• Experience with Microsoft Project is a plus.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
