Seeking a Product Manager / Epic Owner to support initiatives within the Retirement Services platform. This role will focus on product delivery and operational process improvements supporting retirement recordkeeping functions.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of defined contribution retirement products, compliance considerations, and operational workflows within a recordkeeping environment. This role requires someone who is comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, technology, and compliance teams to help define processes and drive execution.
### Key Responsibilities
- Serve as **Product Manager / Epic Owner** responsible for defining and prioritizing features within the retirement services product roadmap.
- Partner with **Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams** to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Support **compliance testing and operational readiness** for retirement product features and updates.
- Coordinate and help define operational processes related to retirement recordkeeping functions such as:
- Force-out processing
- Forfeitures
- Beneficiary (Bene) updates
- QDRO updates
- Help document and streamline manual operational processes while working closely with Operations partners.
- Manage feature prioritization, backlog grooming, and sprint planning activities.
- Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies to leadership.
- Track progress across initiatives and ensure timely delivery of product enhancements.
### Required Qualifications
- Experience working as a **Product Manager, Product Owner, or Epic Owner** in a financial services environment.
