About The Team
We are looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join our fast-growing Customer Excellence / Expert Services team. You – together with your global project team – will lead our enterprise customers on their agenda to transform their service and after-sales business into a competitive differentiator.


About The Role
You will be responsible for leading the delivery of cloud-based service lifecycle management solutions for global clients, primarily in manufacturing and aftermarket industries. They coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and scope, and act as the main point of contact between the client and internal stakeholders


What would you do?

• Managing project scope, timeline, risks, and commercials (contract, budget, percentage of completion, change requests, etc.) of typically 6-12 month projects with a budget of up to 1m USD.
• Partnering with the customer project manager in actively driving implementation projects to success, starting with an on-point definition and management of project goals and success criteria.
