As the
Billing Operations Manager
for Dolby Cloud Services, you will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of billing operations for Dolby's cloud-based SaaS offerings. You will oversee end-to-end billing processes, optimize platforms such as Zuora, and drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency, revenue accuracy, system interoperability, and the customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading cross-functional teams, leveraging modern data and agentic AI solutions, solving complex billing challenges, and rolling up their sleeves to deliver results.
