Position Overview
The Project Manager reports to the Manager of Piping Operations and oversees projects within the Piping Business Unit. This position leads project teams to deliver results in safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The Project Manager ensures alignment with company project and field operations processes, supports the development of Project Engineers and Foremen, and maintains responsibility for materials management, cost forecasting, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of assigned mechanical and piping projects from planning through completion.
- Lead project teams to meet objectives in safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
- Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and progress reporting.
- Support and mentor Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Foremen to strengthen operational capabilities.
- Ensure alignment with company field operations standards and project delivery processes.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and satisfaction.
- Oversee procurement, subcontracting, and materials management.
