About this role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PROGRAM & PROJECT DELIVERY

* Lead end-to-end delivery of application development, modernization, and data
engineering programs.
* Manage cross-functional teams comprising Developers, Data Engineers, QA,
Business Analysts, Architects, and Support Engineers.
* Drive project planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource management, risk
mitigation, and delivery governance.
* Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise delivery
standards.
* Track and report program KPIs, delivery health, budget, utilization, and
business outcomes.

VENDOR CONSOLIDATION & TRANSITION MANAGEMENT

* Lead vendor consolidation initiatives to optimize costs, improve governance,
and streamline operations.
* Develop and execute transition plans for migration of services, applications,
and teams from incumbent vendors.
* Manage knowledge transfer (KT), shadow-support, reverse-KT, and stabilization
phases.
* Establish transition governance, risk management, and service readiness
frameworks.
* Ensure continuity of business operations during transitions with minimal
disruption.
* Drive service transformation and operational efficiency initiatives
post-transition.

STAKEHOLDER & GOVERNANCE MANAGEMENT

* Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, technology teams,
vendors, and leadership.
* Conduct steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and program
governance forums.
* Manage escalations, dependencies, risks, and change requests.
* Provide regular status reports, executive dashboards, and leadership updates.

TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP

* Provide technical oversight for solution design, architecture reviews, and
production support governance.
* Drive application modernization, cloud adoption, automation, and AI-enabled
productivity initiatives.
* Review technical roadmaps, delivery approaches, and quality standards.
* Support critical incident management and major release planning.

locations.
* Strong experience in vendor management, vendor consolidation, service
transition, and managed services delivery.
* Experience handling multi-million-dollar programs, resource planning, and
financial governance.
* Strong stakeholder management experience with client leadership and executive
teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Certifications.
* Insurance, Brokerage, Risk Management, or Financial Services domain
experience.
* Experience with Digital Transformation and Cloud Migration programs.
* Exposure to AI-enabled engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code,
or similar productivity platforms.
* Experience managing global onsite-offshore delivery models.
