Operating at the critical intersection of technical execution and business strategy, you will coordinate cross-functional teams spanning Engineering, Operations, Product Management, Sales, and Quality to deliver complex programs on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals. This role requires a hands-on, technically fluent, and highly organized professional capable of managing multiple parallel initiatives while driving clear accountability, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement to advance our market leadership.

Leadership & Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Project Management & Lifecycle Ownership

• End-to-End Execution: Lead the complete project lifecycle from concept through commercial launch, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and fully aligned with business objectives.
• Cross-Functional Governance: Facilitate design reviews, tollgate meetings, and post-project evaluations while supporting the implementation of stage-gate product development processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Technical Execution

• Team Coordiation & Communication: Lead and align cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Product Management, Sales, and Quality, serving as a key liaison between Core Engineering and division-level stakeholders.
