We’re looking for a confident, organised, and collaborative Project Manager who can bring structure, momentum, and clarity to a diverse project landscape. Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery and closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and governance standards.
• Work closely with multiple business units and technical groups to maintain clear communication, accountability, and milestone delivery.
• Track timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies, providing structured reporting throughout.
• Navigate a dynamic environment with multiple active and upcoming projects.
• Apply and promote consistent project management processes to support high‑quality delivery.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methods, tools, and templates.

Requirements

• Project management certification: PMI (PMP), Prince2 Practitioner, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of governance, budgeting, and risk management.
• Proven ability to work effectively across technical and business functions.
• Background in insurance, financial services, or IT project delivery is preferred.
• Clear, confident communication and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable managing projects with both strict and evolving timelines.
