We’re looking for a confident, organised, and collaborative Project Manager who can bring structure, momentum, and clarity to a diverse project landscape. Responsibilities
- Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery and closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and governance standards.
- Work closely with multiple business units and technical groups to maintain clear communication, accountability, and milestone delivery.
- Track timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies, providing structured reporting throughout.
- Navigate a dynamic environment with multiple active and upcoming projects.
- Apply and promote consistent project management processes to support high‑quality delivery.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methods, tools, and templates.
Requirements
- Project management certification: PMI (PMP), Prince2 Practitioner, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of governance, budgeting, and risk management.
- Proven ability to work effectively across technical and business functions.
- Background in insurance, financial services, or IT project delivery is preferred.
- Clear, confident communication and stakeholder management.
- Comfortable managing projects with both strict and evolving timelines.
