Responsibilities:
Lead client engagements in a combined role as the working Team Lead/Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert.

Lead the hiring, onboarding, and offboarding of employees, ensuring smooth transitions both within the company and with the client.

Approve and monitor timecards, resolving any issues related to invoicing or reporting.

Conduct regular employee performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Assign staff to project tasks and deliverables based on skills, experience, and project needs.

Oversee and administer the Quality Assurance Program and Quality Control Plan.

Contribute to the delivery and execution of high-quality work products.

Review documentation and deliverables to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality standards are met.

Mentor, coach, and support employees to foster professional growth and successful performance.
